At The Hiza, we ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Major Cities: 3-5 business days

  • Other Areas: 5-7 business days

  • Unexpected delays due to courier service issues, weather conditions, or public holidays may affect delivery times.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout.

  • We offer free shipping on orders above 5,000 PKR.

  • In case of exchange, return, or replacement, delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to track your package.

5. Undelivered or Returned Packages

  • If a package is undelivered due to incorrect address or unavailability, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.

  • If a customer refuses to accept the order, they may be blocked from future purchases.

6. Shipping Partners

  • We use PostEx / Leopard for nationwide deliveries in Pakistan.
