The Hiza – Shipping & Return Policy

At The Hiza, we are committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and customer-focused shopping experience. Please review our Shipping & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

- Major Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Areas: 5–7 business days

Note: Unexpected delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, or public holidays may affect delivery times.

3. Shipping Charges

- Standard shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping on orders above PKR 5,000.
- In case of exchange, return, or replacement, delivery/shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to track your package.

5. Undelivered or Returned Packages

- If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.
- If a customer refuses to accept an order, they may be blocked from future purchases.

6. Return & Refund Policy

At The Hiza, we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. Refunds are issued in the form of a The Hiza Gift Card, which can be redeemed on any product available on our website.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Only items that are damaged upon delivery will be eligible for return.
  • Change of mind is not applicable for returns or refunds.
  • Sale or discounted items are non-returnable.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at hizafootwear@gmail.com or via WhatsApp: 0336-4764138 with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Ship the item back to our provided return address. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.)
  3. Once approved, you will receive a gift card refund for the item’s value.

Gift Card Refunds

  • Refunds are issued as a The Hiza Gift Card.
  • Redeemable on any product available on our website.
  • No expiry – use it whenever you like.

We use PostEx / Leopard Courier for nationwide deliveries across Pakistan.
